Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar have been shooting among ‘real ghosts’ for a horror film produced by Karan Johar. It is being directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh, who has earlier been an associate of Shashank Khaitan for both films in his Dulhania series.

Set in the haunted locales of Bhangarh in Rajasthan, the new film is also hunting for its title.

“Karan Johar thinks Rooh would be an apt title for his film. But the title is with another producer whose company makes only horror films. As he has registered all possible titles that can be used for them, he is not keen to part with it. Karan’s team is still in negotiations for the title,” says a source.

Meanwhile, the team has bravely shot in Bhangarh as the fort here is said to be haunted, and people are not allowed inside it between sunset and sunrise. There are many other stories of haunting in the village in the area, and a few small horror films have already been shot there.

After shoots in Bhangarh and Mumbai, the third shooting schedule for the film will kick off soon.
