Ranbir Kapoor experiences Cryotherapy for the first time in India

Ranbir Kapoor was recently spotted experiencing Cyrotheraphy at his personal trainer Neville Wadia’s newly launched holistic fitness center in Mumbai. According to sources, Cyrotherapy has been used by many athletes to reduce muscle inflammation and fatigue, and to boost their recovery. These celebrities include Cristiano Ronaldo, Shaquille O’Neal, LeBron James, Michael Phelps, Floyd Mayweather, the New York Knicks, the NBA’s Phoenix Suns and Leicester City (EPL Football Club).

Kate Moss, Jessica Alba, Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston are just a few of the many celebrities who use Cryotherapy on a regular basis and Ranbir Kapoor has just joined the club.
