Omung, Aishwarya, Richa showcase Sarbjit at Cannes Film Festival
Randeep gave the Cannes premiere of 'Sarbjit' a miss because the doctor advised him against travelling after his appendicitis surgery.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's new film 'Sarbjit' premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on May 15. Aishwarya along with her Sarbjit crew including producers Jackky and Honey Bhagnani, director Omung Kumar, Richa Chadha and Bhushan Kumar walked down the red carpet at the Mal De Pierres premiere.
For her third appearance at the red carpet, Aishwarya picked up a Rami Kadi off-shoulder gown and added a bit of drama with lavender lip. The team stuck together, posed for the shutterbugs and climbed up the iconic stairs hand-in-hand.
'Sarbjit' is based on Indian farmer Sarabjit Singh (played by Randeep Hooda) who died in a Pakistani prison. Randeep gave the Cannes premiere of 'Sarbjit' a miss because the doctor advised him against travelling after his appendicitis surgery.
