Even if my films don't work, its music should: Jackky at Dil Juunglee trailer launch

The makers also unveiled a song for the media, where Jackky, also the producer of the film, makes a special appearance.

The first look poster of Jackky Bhagnani-backed 'Dil Juunglee' was released few days ago.

Mumbai: Well-known producer Vashu Bhagnani, who has backed films like 'Hero No 1' and 'Biwi No 1' in the past, is now presenting 'Dil Juunglee'. The cast, Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem, were announced, along with the unveiling of the movie's poster a few days back. 'Dil Juunglee' is a love story of two polar opposite personalities, and between a teacher and a student. This story is also taken forward by Abhilash Thapliyal, web show 'Permanent Roommates' fame Nidhi Singh and Sristi Srivastava.

The makers have released the movie's trailer with all of them, including Jackky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshika Deshmukh in presence. Jackky is also a part of a party song in 'Dil Juunglee'.

The makers also unveiled a song for the media, where Jackky, also the producer of the film, makes a special appearance. When asked if he was also a part of the film, he said, "No, I just wanted to do a fun appearance in the song."

Every cast member promises that the music is perfect for Valentine's Day. In fact Taapsee went on to add that the music was also a reason she chose the film. The actress said, "One thing that excited me apart from my character were the songs."

Jackky went on to add why he focused on the music. "I said even if my films don't work, the music has and should connect to the audiences," he exclaimed.

This movie releases on 16th February, two days after Valentine's Day. On this, Saqib Saleem said, "I think 16th Feb is a fantastic date to release the film."

Saqib, also a part of Salman Khan's 'Race 3', was then asked about his fitness secret, to which Jackky joked, "He's running a lot in 'Race'". Saqib then added, "Jackky invited me to his gym at his home."

Post 'Dil Juunglee', Taapsee will be back to doing serious roles. She said, "2018 started on a light note (with 'Dil Juunglee', and will get more serious till the time the year ends)."
