Ishaan Khattar, who is getting set to make his Bollywood debut in Karan Johar’s upcoming film, turned assistant director on the sets of his step-brother Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Udta Punjab’. The young lad took to his photo sharing app to share pictures of himself on the film sets.
Ishaan has been roped in to star opposite Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan in Karan’s Indian adaptation of ‘The Fault In Our Stars’. Apart from building up his body and perfecting his footwork, Ishaan is also learning the tricks of the trade.
The young actor in the making got a first hand experience on life on the film sets. Who better than a big brother to play his mentor? Going by the pictures, Ishaan had the opportunity to shadow Shahid on the sets and even assist director Abhishek Chaubey.
