Mumbai: ‘Sadak’ was a 1991 film directed by renowned filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt with his daughter Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles.

The film was well received by the audience then.

However, there has been news that ‘Sadak 2’ is in the making.

There were rumours churning out that ‘Sadak 2’ will have both the daughters Pooja and Alia in the film, with the latter playing the former’s daughter in it. It would be a great deal to have the father and daughters working together.

Dutt, who played the male lead, expressed his desire of being a part of ‘Sadak 2’ if it’s happening.

Speaking about it to a daily, Sanjay said, “If 'Sadak 2' ever happens, I would love to do it.”

Although the actor refrained from divulging any details about the development in the film, he admitted, “It's a great script - not a remake, but another part [of the same film]. I have spoken to Bhatt saab about it. I hope something comes out of it.”

Well, Sanjay Dutt has a biopic been made on his life by Rajkumar Hirani, with Ranbir Kapoor playing his role.

Also, there were rumours that for the biopic Dutt has personally messaged his friend Salman Khan to play a cameo in it.

“I don't think the script demands any of that at all,” denied the actor.

As for his own participation in the biopic, it’s said that he's likely to give his voice-over.

"Nothing has been told to me yet. But yeah, if they ask me to do a voice-over or something like that, I'd be happy to,” he concluded.
