I don't have the talent to sing live: Alia Bhatt

Mumbai: Well, with the reprise version of ‘Samjhawan’ from ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania,’ the talented actress Alia Bhatt revealed to the world her inner talent of singing. The song was loved and applauded by everyone. However, recently, when she was asked if she would take a step further and release her own music album? This is what the ‘Udta Punjab’ actress replied.
Talking about the same to a leading daily, she said, "Cutting an album will be something that I may do for fun, but that won’t be the main focus in my career. Even if I do it, it will be out of my passion or love for singing and nothing else. It won’t be a career move. I want to concentrate mainly on acting."
Alia understand the craft very well and is aware that singing live is a tough task. Speaking about it she asserted, "I don’t have the talent to sing live. I think it’s very difficult. Also, I have an issue. I cannot sing with music behind me, I can only sing without music because I get confused with music playing around me. So, I don’t know about singing live. But again, I believe, ‘Never say never’. Someday, I may end up doing that."
That’s right! ‘Never say never.’
Recently, the actress was performing live at an award show and unable to contain her excitement, she started crooning the song, which received her a lot of flaks on the social media.

She is currently working on Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Raazi' with Vicky Kaushal, where she plays a Kashmiri spy and marries a Pakistani official (Vicky).
