Kangana Ranaut to give a talk at the Harvard Business School
The Bollywood star will speak on 'The Changing Entertainment Landscape in India' and 'Disrupting the Indian Mainstream Cinema'.
Mumbai: Kangana who has been busy shooting for her upcoming film, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has been invited at the prestigious Harvard Business School to deliver a talk. She will give a talk on 'The Changing Entertainment Landscape in India' and 'Disrupting the Indian Mainstream Cinema'.
The three-time National Award winner told a leading daily that it is a ‘big deal’ to be invited to speak there. She said, “There was a niggling worry at the back of my mind that what if my children sniggered, 'What do you know?' Education or the lack of it, and English which was once a roadblock to conversation makes me value such opportunities.”
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is currently busy shooting for period drama 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi', in which she is essaying the role of Rani Lakshmibai. Directed by Krish, the film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Sonu Sood and Nihaar Pandya. The magnum opus is slated to release on April 27, 2018.
Kangana will be taking a break from the shoot of 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' in February 2018 to go to Harvard University.
