Box-office: Jolly LLB 2 becomes Akshay Kumar's 4th consecutive 100-crore film

Mumbai: Akshay Kumar seems to be in the high of his life, with every film of his fetching phenomenal moolah at the box-office.
While last year he had three 100-crore grossers in 'Airlift,' 'Housefull 3' and 'Rustom,' Akshay has started 2017 with a bang as well.
his first release of the year, Subhash Kapoor's 'Jolly LLB 2,' had opened to terrific critical reviews and word of mouth publicity.
And this, expectedly, has translated to amazing box-office numbers, with the film becoming his fourth consecutive 100-crore film.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film grossed around 2.45 crore rupees approximately on Tuesday, therby taking its total to 100.37 crore rupees approximately.
The film, also starring Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, Sayani Gupta and Kumud Mishra, is a sequel to Kapoor's 2013 Arshad Warsi film, 'Jolly LLB'.
