I don’t follow fashion trends: Chitrangada Singh
The women of our country are an untapped reservoir of talent.
Chitrangada Singh recently made waves in the fashion world with a yellow floor-length Anarkali, which she wore to an women entrepreneurs event.
“The women of our country are an untapped reservoir of talent. Traditional roles may not allow them to set up commerce the way men do, so platforms such as the IMC are an excellent way for them to showcase their skills,” the actress says.
Switching gears to her fashion choice, she says, “I don’t follow trends. Style is about being and feeling confident. I would encourage women to find clothes that suit them and make them feel great about themselves.”
“I’m not too fussy and prefer to keep it simple and organic. That’s more of my style. As a celebrity, your dressing has to be an extension of you and your personality,” Chitragandha explains.
