\'Thank God\' it’s postponed
The Ajay Devgn starrer, slated to begin on April 10, was postponed over the COVID-19 pandemonium
Apart from the film releases that have already been postponed, all other shoots too are getting pushed behind.
We were the first to tell you that the shoot of the Karan Johar film 'Takht' was being postponed.
Other shoots like Salman Khan’s 'Radhe' were shifted to India and quietly wrapped up. The shoot of the Akshay Kumar starrer 'Bell Bottom' too was to take place in the first quarter of 2020 but has now been moved to the end of the year.
Another big shoot of a film called 'Thank God' starring Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and Sidharth Malhotra for director Indra Kumar was to also begin on April 10, but now has been postponed.
We had informed you about a comedy that Indra Kumar was planning with them.
The film was to first start around March and then had been pushed to April because the dates were not working out.
“The film is not just about these two actors. As is in the case of most films done by Indu ji, this film too has a mammoth star cast and a lot of dates needed to be worked out among the actors that they were considering. But since that did not work out, the film was postponed and then the COVID-19 pandemonium hit, and the film has now been postponed by a few months. The dates will be worked out again,” a trade source reveals.
