Sushant's next is neither Takadum nor Chandamama Door Ke!

The actor is in the process of conceptualising a play within 60-90 minutes, along with his friend Naved Aslam.

Mumbai: Sushant singh Rajput has peaked excellently, with his commendable portrayal of the India ODI skipper MS Dhoni, in the latter's Neeraj Pandey helmed 'MS Dhobi: The Untold Story'.

The actor is in a position where he has the lucury to choose and he's chosen his projects wisely, with Dinesh Vijan's 'Raabta, Homi Adajania's 'Takadum,' and Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan's Çhandamama Door Ke'.

But the actor, who was supposed to commence the next session of Homi's 'Takadum,' alongside Parineeti Chopra, has however been gifted a lot many empty pages on his schedule, courtesy a push in the film's second schedule.

The actor has decided to allot these dates to a play, which he along with a friend Naved Aslam are in the process of finalising. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the two often meet to discuss music, philosophy and movies, and ended up contemplating making a play. The two have zeroed down on three concepts and are in the process of developing one into a 60-90 minute play.

The actor, who's previously done a play, 'Mrityunjay,' a re-interpretatio of the Mahabharata from the perspective of Karna, is quite excited about returning to the stage.

Well, with an actor of his calibre taking up a challenge as that, so are we!
