Padmavati stars Shahid and Deepika get decked up, look absolutely regal

Mumbai: Very few films have as much curiosity, hype and hoopla as much as Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming fare 'Padmavati' has.

The film, touted to be bigger than SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali,' stars Deepika Padukone as the eponymous queen, Shahid Kapoor as her husband, Raja Rawal Ratan Singh, and Ranveer Singh as the antagonistic Alauddin Khilji, who gets enamoured by Padmavati.

Now the first looks of Shahid and Deepika have leaked and they look absolutely regal.

The film, also had a mishap on its sets on Saturday, when a painter fell while working on its ginormous set, ultimately succmbing to his injuries.

Bhansali has extended help to the victim's family.

The film is expected to release during Diwali, 2017.
