Kangana Ranaut congratulates Hansal Mehta for his 'path-breaking' film Aligarh
Kangana was all praises for the film's leading stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao.
Kangana Ranaut attended the special screening of Hansal Mehta’s ‘Aligarh’ last evening. The actress, who will reportedly team up with the director for an upcoming project titled ‘Simran’, was all praises for the film that stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in leading roles.
After watching the film, Kangana went on record to say that she loved the film and encouraged fans and movie lovers to catch a screening. “It’s such a beautiful film, that it is like a poem. I can go on talking about it,” Kangana was quoted as saying at the screening.
Kangana also called the film a ‘path-breaking’ one and congratulated the film’s leading men Manoj and Rajkummar for their excellent performances.
The film that is based on the life of Dr. Shrinivas Ramchandra Siras, who was suspended from his job because of his sexual orientation, hits theatres on 26 February. The film has been garnering in a lot of rave reviews from both critiques and prominent Bollywood figures.
