Hrithik Roshan lends support to social cause for World Environment Day
Hrithik has lent his support to Asif Bhamla Foundation and MCGM for a noble cause on World Environment Day.
Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan had decided to donate his eyes after playing the role of a blind man in ‘Kaabil’ and also spoke about the cause of visually impaired persons in various interviews before and after the release of the film.
The actor is now supporting another social cause, this time for the good of the environment. Hrithik has lent his support to Asif Bhamla Foundation and MCGM for a noble cause on the occasion of World Environment Day, that is celebrated on 5 June.
The initiative kicked off on May 23 with 500 saplings being planted everyday in Mumbai
Hrithik’s support to the initiative, will definitely lead to more awareness among people about waste management, conservation of trees and increasing plantation.
