After Tubelight failure, Salman Khan takes Katrina Kaif's advice for Tiger Zinda Hai

Salman Khan has apparently agreed to Katrina Kaif’s request that he promote Tiger Zinda Hai strongly this time. It would be a departure from the tad slow promotions like the eponymous Tubelight, Salman’s last release. 

Kat has also seen some sequences from Tiger Zinda Hai, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, and is pretty impressed by the look and feel of it. “Also, Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel, so you already have an audience for the film people who have either seen Ek Tha Tiger on the big screen or the TV. The buzz around Tiger Zinda Hai is pretty big, and Bollywood desperately needs a big hit this time,” says a trade source. 

The actress also feels that if given the right push, the film could go on to be on of her biggest ever releases till date. Hence, she wants to spare no effort in promoting the film with Salman. Adds the source, “Kat has told Salman that he should promote the film hard with her. She would make herself flexible and available to be on every possible big platform, and to take the film to the next level. Salman has agreed to do so, because he knows what happened . He was busy with Tiger Zinda Hai and was thus unable to promote Tubelight in the right manner.”
