Singh Is Kinng sequel again in talks, Akshay, not Ranveer on Vipul Shah's mind?

Vipul Shah was recently in news for directing Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer Namaste England, and was also one of the accused in the #MeToo campaign.

The filmmaker at one point of time was known to make good films, mostly with Akshay Kumar, which included Aankhen, Waqt, Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namaste London, Holiday and Singh Is Kinng.

He is known to work on his own franchises, the examples of which are Force, Force 2 and Commando, Commando 2.

Another sequel which was in talks since a long time is the hit jodi Akshay-Katrina Kaif starrer Singh Is Kinng sequel.

It was being that Ranveer Singh would replace the Khiladi and the title of the film would be Sher Singh.

A source revealed to Pinkvilla that Vipul and Anees will work on the second installment of the mad film.

Reportedly, Vipul and Anees Bazmee met and finalised the subject and further have Akshay Kumar in mind for the sequel too!

Interestingly Ranveer and Akshay appeared on the Koffee With Karan couch recently, thus showing their warm camaraderie, but right now they might be in the race to bag this much anticipated sequel.

Apart from this, Akshay Kumar is currently lined up with movies like Kesari, Good News and Housefull 4. His delayed and much-awaited project 2.0 is also all set to release on 29th November.
