The British pop-rock sensation Coldplay has raised excitement with the release of their special 'Infinity Tickets' for Music of the Spheres tour. The tickets became available on November 22 at 12 PM IST through BookMyShow. Fans who secured tickets shared their joy online. But most of the users faced challenges during the quick sell-out.
After sold-out performances in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, the band introduced the budget-friendly 'Infinity Tickets' to ensure more fans could enjoy the spectacle. Priced at €20, £20, $20 and INR 2,000 these tickets are accessible to fans worldwide and offer a second chance to those who missed earlier sales. However demand was so high that the tickets were gone within minutes. It left many fans disappointed.
Fans took to social media to voice their frustration over technical problems on BookMyShow. Complaints included slow queue times and platform crashes during the ticket sale. BookMyShow addressed the issue, stating that tickets were running low due to high demand. Despite these setbacks, excitement around Coldplay's concerts remains undeterred.

Infinity Tickets come with specific conditions. They must be purchased in pairs and seat locations are not revealed until a week before the concert or when collected in person. This element of surprise means fans could be seated anywhere from near the stage to higher tiers in the venue.

For first tour in India, Coldplay will perform around three concerts in Mumbai City on Jan. 18, 19 and 21. The they will follow with two concerts in Ahmedabad on Jan 25 and 26.
