Says Deepika, “We relished varied delicacies on the sets”

Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone stated that working in her maiden Telugu film Kalki 2898 AD was a unique experience. “It was an incredible and fascinating experience working in Kalki,” says the actress and adds, “We enjoyed working in a new world created by director Nag Ashwin and it was a unique experience.” She also stated that Nag Ashwin’s magic stored in his mind has finally taken shape. “As Amitabh ji stated, we all got new things to do,” she pointed out.
Later, in a chit chat with Rana Daggubati, she said, “My baby bump is due to the lavish food served by my co-star, Prabhas and I should blame it on him,” she said jokingly and added, “Even other actors would vouch for his hospitality as we relished several delicacies on the sets every day.”
The mother-to-be also said that she worked for three years in the movie and it has been an enriching experience. “It was a great experience both professionally and personally too.”
