Your fitness journey has been inspiring to many. Can you share your approach to physical wellness and how it contributes to your overall mental well-being?

My approach to physical wellness revolves around making a daily commitment to exercise—at least an hour each morning. This routine helps me feel stronger and happier, and there’s really nothing like the rush of endorphins that comes after a good workout. The satisfaction and confidence I get from it are just incredible; that boost of feel-good serotonin is what I aim for!

Beyond the physical benefits, regular exercise helps me manage stress and anxiety, giving me a clearer mind to tackle the challenges of the day. It creates a sense of accomplishment that spills over into other areas of my life, making me feel more capable and resilient. Ultimately, this holistic approach—combining physical activity with a focus on mental health—keeps me balanced and energized, allowing me to embrace life with positivity.

What message would you like to convey to your fans who may be struggling with body image issues, low self-esteem, or mental health concerns?

Focus on self-love and kindness—start by acknowledging your strengths and celebrating the things that make you who you are. It’s important to surround yourself with supportive people who uplift you and help you see your value. Also, don’t hesitate to seek help when you need it; talking to someone can make a huge difference. Remember, every small step towards self-acceptance is a step towards a happier, healthier you.

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance, and what activities bring you joy outside of acting?

I make a conscious effort to set boundaries between my professional commitments and personal time. This means scheduling downtime and ensuring I prioritise self-care alongside my work. No matter how busy things get, I make sure my career never overtakes my life; I walk that fine line with care.

Taking time off social media and creating a safe haven for myself—whether it’s traveling away from the city or engaging in meditation—helps me maintain that balance. For me, activities like meditation and travel are therapeutic; they don’t serve as an escape from reality but rather provide a chance to rejuvenate and reconnect with the real Sara.
