Kourtney Kardashian and ex-husband Scott Disick back on track?

According to latest reports, Kourtney Kardashian and her ex-husband Scott Disick are co-parenting their three kids. TMZ.com reported that after some serious conversations and a little family vacation, Kourtney and Scott decided to put their kids first.

Sources close to the pair told the website that Kourtney has made it clear to Scott that things are going to work only if there’s no more hard partying and if he respects her dating someone else. Surprisingly, Scott has obliged. Scott was previously jealous when Kourtney began dating another man and she had to keep their kids away from him.
