Leonardo DiCaprio joins climate change protest

Leonardo DiCaprio took to the streets with many other protesters, marching in the People’s Climate March on Saturday. JustJared.com reports that the actor not only took a stand to protect the Earth, but also encouraged his fans to do so when he posted on Twitter, “Honored to join Indigenous leaders and native peoples as they fight for climate justice. Join me in standing with them. #ClimateMarch.”
He later also added, “Today’s #ClimateMarch leaves me inspired & hopeful for our future. We must continue to work together & fight for #climatejustice.” Soon after the march, the Shutter Island actor was seen at the airport, leaving the town.
