Sharon Stone is apparently on tenterhooks because her stalker, Philip Barnes is about to be released from a prison psych ward. The Basic Instinct 2 actress got a judge to sign a restraining order against Barnes, even though he’s been behind bars for a long time.

Barnes, according to Stone, had been sending her bizarre letters and was also seen on her property in 2011 after which she got a restraining order against him, which expired in 2013. Since Barnes is up for evaluation and could be released, the actress got a restraining order against him, reported TMZ.com.
