One Direction singer Niall Horan’s on a break from his boy band duties, as are his other bandmates, but on Friday the 22-year-old was spotted taking things a little too easy.

After partying hard at a club in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, Niall was spotted walking away from his group to an empty parking lot nearby and peeing in a corner.

However, the singer didn’t run into any trouble with the cops with TMZ.com saying that if he did, he’d have to pay a hefty fine and perform community service.
