Actor George Clooney is donating his beloved Harley Davidson, reports Dailymail.co.uk. The ace actor is giving off his bike to the the Homes for Troops charity, which his close friend, CNN anchor Jake Tapper, helped set up.

Apparently, human rights lawyer and his wife, Amal Clooney has been trying to get the actor off his bike ever since George met with the terrifying accident on his bike where he collided with a Mercedes Benz and was thrown almost 20-feet off the ground, in Italy early this year. The actor was lucky to have escaped without any major injury.

Ebay.com, where one can bid on the bike, also reveals that the 2017 Dresser Touring Ultra Limited FLHTK Harley Davidson will be signed by the actor on the gas tank, and can be personalised  for the winning bidder. The auction opened on Monday, and the bids will start at  $25,000.
