Kendall Jenner to sue Cutera!
The ad went on to state that the treatment helped Kendall, 20, achieve her current flawless†skin.
She typically charges about $10 million for an endorsement deal. So you can imagine Kendall Jenner’s fury when her face was used in the ad for a skin laser treatment, without her permission. Cutera, the firm that claimed Kendall used their treatment to get rid of her acne in their advertisements, are now at the receiving end of a lawsuit from the model, reported TMZ.com.
The ad features a photo of Kendall along with the claims that she used Cutera’s treatment to improve her acne-ridden skin, which had “completely ruined” her self-esteem.
The ad went on to state that the treatment helped Kendall, 20, achieve her current “flawless” skin. Kendall’s contention is her image was used without her permission, and that she never struck a deal to promote any of their treatments.
However, the model’s lawsuit does not mention whether or not she actually underwent the treatment at any point of time.
