A comic book fan is threatening to sue the creators of Suicide Squad because he thinks there weren’t enough Joker scenes in the movie.

Joker was played by Jared Leto and was a main feature in the trailer. However, he was only on screen 15 minutes in the two hour and ten minute flick. The fan is looking at filing a lawsuit for false advertising, it was reported on TheSun.co.uk.

“I drove 300 miles to London to go watch these specific scenes they had explicitly advertised in their TV ads and they didn’t show them to me. I wasted a lot of money paying and travelling to go watch this movie because of these specific scenes they had advertised. All lies,” he said.

“I told the theater about this unjust act and asked my money back. They laughed at me and kicked me out. I want my refund for being embarrassed,” he added.
