The 30-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan recently lost her case against video game company Two-Take Interactive, which had been ongoing for two years. Yahoo.com reports that the actress had filed a law suit against the company for having allegedly including a character in the game Grand Theft Auto V, who resembled the star in many ways.

The suit states that Lacey Jonas, the character in question, is an “unequivocal reference to the actress and even uses her clothing line and places her at the Chateau Marmont, where she once lived.” However, the ruling declared that GTA “never referred to Lohan by name or used her actual name in the video game, never used Lohan herself as an actor for the video game, and never used a photograph of Lohan.”
