L.A. court confirms that Britney Spears’ ex-manager Sam Lufti poses a serious threat to her and her family thereby extending the restraining order against him.

As reported by TMZ on Thursday at an L.A. County Superior Court the judge granted a permanent restraining order against Lutfi. While Britney wasn’t present, her end of the proceedings was managed by her father in her absence.

According to the restraining order, Lufti is to stay a minimum of 200 yards away from Britney and her family, refrain from any means of contact and is not allowed to post any provocative comments against her or her family online. The refraining order will be effective immediately for the next five years. As revealed by TMZ Britney moved to court last month after Lufti made several calls to Britney’s mother. He even threatened to release old items of her in his possession from when he used to manage her in the 2000s.
