Demi Lovato's four years sober

Singer Demi Lovato celebrated being four years sober on Tuesday, after recovering from alcohol and drug abuse that led to an eating disorder and “persistent self-harming”. “This last year I experienced so much life and too much death ... But I made it through ... Sober. #4Years #GodsWill (sic),” the Cool For The Summer singer tweeted on Tuesday.

Demi had checked herself in to rehab in 2010 at the age of 19 and has reportedly since not touched alcohol or drugs according to DailyMail.co.uk, helped by her boyfriend actor Wilmer Valderamma.
