Actress Angelina Jolie and her children were interviewed by FBI agents at her home in Malibu on Tuesday, reportedly in connection with the alleged assault incident involving her now-estranged husband Brad Pitt and their son Maddox. TMZ.com reports that the two agents spent close to three hours speaking to the family, with sources saying that the bureau is simply “fact-finding”.

Only after the case has completed this phase will it be decided if an investigation into the incident is required. It was earlier reported that there would be no case against Pitt, with witnesses confirming that the Fury Road actor did not hit his son Maddox while on a private flight.
