Justin Bieber scolds fans

Singer Justin Bieber performed at his concert on Thursday night at the Manchester Arena in England. In a recent video obtained by TMZ.com, Bieber can be seen slamming his fans for screaming during the concert. “The reason why it’s called The Purpose Tour is because I believe everybody in this building has a purpose. No matter how old you are, no matter how young you are, there’s really no stipulations, you all have a purpose,” the 23-year-old shared on stage. When the crowd didn’t pay attention, he said, “I just thought I could have a moment of trying to say something. But if not, I’ll just get to singing if you guys don’t want to hear me speak. I don’t mind cutting the bullsh*t. I don’t need to talk. I’m just trying to engage.”
