Los Angeles: John Legend's Twitter account was hacked by an unknown prankster, who changed the singer's bio to something insulting and even posted a series of vulgar and absurd tweets on his wall.
Immediately after the hack, the 38-year-old star took to his social media profiles to inform fans about the security breach.
"Someone just hacked my account," he wrote.
He then deleted the offending tweets and offered an apology as soon as he was back.
In another post, he also said, "My hacker was vulgar and kinda hilarious. I'll try and be funnier from now on so he won't feel the need to ghost write for me."
