When supermodel and actress Emily Ratajkowski posted on social media a picture of her holding a bouquet of flowers that are cleverly covering her face during a New York City outing, and captioned it “Mood Forever”, she may not have thought it might actually haunt her for ever. Because she and her company Emrata Holdings Inc. are among those being sued by photographer and professional paparazzi Robert O’Neil.

As reported in eonline.com, the photographer’s lawsuit has cited copyright infringement, claiming that Emily had neither licensed his photograph nor got his consent to post the picture to her Instagram page. The Gone Girl actress is being sued for damages up to $150,000; she may have to also pay for all of the profits that she may have earned from his work.

Last month, Robert hit Gigi Hadid with a lawsuit over an image she posted of her ex-boyfriend, Zayn Malik.

Emily is yet to publicly address the lawsuit.
