Usher sells his third house

RnB rapper Usher has sold his third house. The musician’s selling frenzy continues as this is his third sale in less than an year.

The 40-year-old musician had put his Atlanta house in the market and the deal has now been brokered at $775,000 (Rs 5,43,60,437), reports Tmz.com
Usher bought the house back in June 2007 for $970,000 (Rs 6,80,38,225) and initially put it on the market about a year and a half ago.

The house was eyed by many high profiles, because of its location, especially being very close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where the Atlanta Falcons football team plays.
