Chris Brown's monkey woes!

Rapper Chris Brown may find himself behind bars for having a pet monkey, reports Just Jared.com. The Loyal superstar has been charged with two criminal counts of being in possession of a restricted species a capuchin monkey without a permit. Both of these counts carry a maximum sentence of six months in prison, according to TMZ.com. 

The LA City Attorney’s office will be taking the 29-year-old singer to court in February and the situation is being investigated by the  California Department of Fish and Wildlife. Chris first revealed the monkey in an Instagram video in December of 2017.
