Actor Wentworth Miller, who was the subject of an insensitive meme posted by an online publication on Monday, has revealed in a Facebook post how depression led to him needing to overeat. Taking a break from acting in 2010, the Prison Break star revealed that he was going through a really low time in his life: “It could have been anything. Drugs. Alcohol. Sex. But eating became the one thing I could look forward to. There were stretches when the highlight of my week was a favourite meal and a new episode of Top Chef. Sometimes that was enough. And I put on weight. Big f***ing deal.”
