VMU is about how a middle-class boy saves his family and lover from the clutches of a thug. It conveys the message of how our lives are full of ups and downs. It’s a very interesting boy-next-door character. I have attempted comedy as well,” he says.
On Janani’s role, he reveals, “She plays a bubbly college girl, Divya, and has multiple dimensions to her character. The ensemble cast includes Daniel Balaji, Karunakaran, Senrayan, Chithra Laxman, Gnanasambamdham. GV Prakash has rendered one of the songs in Ashwin’s composition.
