Punjabi model Ruhani joins Bharath in a film titled Kadaisi Bench Karthi

Punjabi music-album-model and actress Ruhani Sharma debuts in Tamil alongside Bharath, in a film titled Kadaisi Bench Karthi. The Ravi Bhargavan-directed film has yet another hottie, Anagana Roy, who is slowly climbing the ladder of success in Telugu as well.

Speaking about the film, the director says, “The film is about how smart phones play spoilsport among couples in romantic relationships. It’s a film for today’s youth which would be presented in an entertaining manner.”

There was an occasion earlier when Suriya objected to his name being used in a title. The film, which had the name Saravanan Engira Suriya by newcomers, was later changed to Bose Pandi. We ask Karthi if he would object to Kadaisi Bench Karthi owing to its connotation. The actor laughs, “I am hearing about the film only now. In Suriya’s case it was blatant. If some relatively newbies are involved, we may have to think about it. You say Bharath is the lead protagonist and he is our peer group. I don’t see anything alarming.”
