In his upcoming film, actor Dhanush will be seen for the first time as both father and son. And it’s creating much buzz among moviegoers and his fans. Dhanush had earlier played a dual role as brothers in his earlier film Dharmayogi, which turned out to be a money-spinner at the box office. “Isn’t that what trade is all about?” asks producer Satish Kumar of Vigneswara Entertainments, who would be bankrolling the Telugu version. Incidentally, he had also produced the Telugu version of the Tamil film, Boomerang.

Satish adds, “The plotline and the hit combination of director Durai Senthilkumar and Dhanush make for an ideal film.” Apparently, the filmmakers are contemplating of naming the film Rustum, which also happens to be the title of megastar Chiranjeevi’s 1984 film. “But we haven’t finalised anything yet,” clarifies the producer.
