Vidharth joins Kodi Veeran
His recently-released, Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu, has been lauded for depicting realism.
Actor Vidharth, who made his debut with Prabhu Solomon’s Mynaa, has carved a special place for himself in the industry. He has been part of several socially relevant films that are important in today’s world. His recently-released, Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu, has been lauded for depicting realism.
An excited Vidharth shares to DC, “I’m extremely happy with the reception that Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu is getting and I’m hoping that it reaches as many people as possible.”
The versatile actor has been roped in to play a crucial role in the Sasikumar-starrer Kodi Veeran, directed by M Muthaiah. “I’ve shot for this project for 10 days and I still have 20 days of shoot left. It is a pivotal character and when Muthaiah narrated the story, I was drawn to the script. Since I am doing films as a hero, many think that I shouldn’t do character roles. But, I can’t let go of characters that would make or break the story!” he reveals.
Speaking about his pair in the movie, he says, “I’m paired opposite Sanusha and the shooting is currently progressing in Madurai. I am having a great time on the sets.”
Vidharth is now awaiting the release of Vandi and Seemathanni. “I’m in talks for four projects. I don’t know which would go on floors first,” he signs off.
