VJ Ramya in Manimaran's next?

Popular TV anchor Ramya Subramanian aka VJ Ramya has been extremely cautious in choosing her characters in her acting career. She has appeared in several guest roles and her performance stood out in a brief role she played in Mani Ratnam’s Oh Kadhal Kanmani.
Subsequently, she went on to be a part of Suriya’s Masss and Jayam Ravi’s Vanamagan as well.
Now, we hear that the actress has been approached for a significant role in director Manimaran’s upcoming film titled Sanga Thalaivan. Sources close to the team confirmed the same and added that she will most likely join the team soon.
Shooting of this film, which is based on the lives of handloom weavers, will begin on November 15 in the areas of Salem, Erode and Tirupur.

Velraj handles the cinematography while Venkatesh of Visaranai fame will handle the editing of the movie. The main cast and crew of the movie will be officially announced in the coming days.
