Producer Inder Kumar turns baddie
The conversation then veers off to his production venture Thadam, which has three heroines in it.
Producer Inder Kumar, known for his Kuttram 23, is now donning the greasepaint for the upcoming Sasi Kumar’s flick Kodi Veeran. Inder, who is also producing Arun Vijay and Magizh Thirumeni’s film Thadam, opens up about his new avatar in a chat with DC.
“I have been getting acting offers for quite some time, but I was not really interested in them. The reason I accepted to act in Kodi Veeran is Sasi Kumar sir, and for Muthaiah sir too. Both of them are very good friends of mine. Also, the script was spectacular.”
Shedding more light on his role, he says. “I am playing a sly and cunning role in this. It is set up in a rural background and I will be rustic in it.”
The conversation then veers off to his production venture Thadam, which has three heroines in it.
“The first schedule of the film is over. We’ve shot it for about 15 days, and has come out well. For the next schedule, we are going all in and will shoot for 35 days without any break. The film might come out in November,” he states.
Talking about the three lead female roles, he says, “We are bringing in two new actresses, and for the lead female role, the crew is currently in talk with few popular stars. It will be finalised in next three days.”
