There was always great buzz about Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan right from its inception. With STR playing three roles, Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music and roping in top heroines like Tamannaah and Shriya, a lot was riding on the film. Although, AAA went through too many changes a few months prior to it’s release. In April, it was announced that the film will release in two parts, with the sequel hitting the screens later this year. But the release of the first part changed it all!

The film was panned by critics and audiences alike and suffered a huge setback. Now, it is unclear whether the sequel will get made at all. A source close to the team of the film said, “Plans for the sequel were on, but now it is unclear whether they will take off at all.” AAA featured STR in the roles of Madurai Michael and Ashwin Thatha, while Shriya Saran and Tamannaah played his love interests.

Sana Khan, who was signed on as the third heroine, to essay a gangster, was supposed to be a part of the sequel. A source added, “It is now unlikely that she will be a part of the sequel.” That said, we hear that the makers are yet to take a decision.
