The actor-producer will be a north Chennai-based gangster in the film.
RK Suresh, who is busy doing roles ranging from negative characters to supporting roles, has signed on Vikram’s next film, directed by Vijay Chander — as the villain. The actor-producer tweeted expressing his happiness to be part of the film.
Talking to DC, Suresh was tight-lipped about the details of his character though. “Although I can’t reveal much, I play a north Madras-based bad guy, and my role is strongly written. I cannot wait to start shooting for the film with Vikram sir. We have some great scenes including action sequences together!”
Apart from this film, the Marudhu actor is also playing leading roles and supporting roles in other films and he reveals that it is in fact, Rajinikanth’s advice that he is following! “When I met the Superstar, he said he liked my work. He also advised that I do a variety of characters so that I get stability in my career. That is what I look to follow.”
The actor now has a total of seven films in various stages of production, and is awaiting the release of his production, Attu. “Managing time has been difficult, and maintaining the looks for these different roles has been a tough job. I am currently working on a six-pack for Vettai Naai, in which I play the hero. But I think it will benefit my other films as well,” Suresh shares.
