Subiksha owes it to Vijay Milton!

Kadugu’s success has favoured actress Subiksha by all means. Even though she essayed a brief role in the flick which was helmed by Vijay Milton, the film became her calling card. Post Kadugu’s release, Subiksha was signed on for nearly four films, including a female-centric movie titled Nethra.

The talented actress is now teaming up with Vijay Milton yet again. She will be playing a pivotal role in Goli Soda 2, which also has Kadugu actor Bharath Seeni and Samuthirakani in significant characters. Speaking to DC, she says, “I play a college-going girl, who is bubbly and talkative. I am paired opposite Bharath in this flick. When Vijay Milton sir approached me, I didn’t even listen to the script and instantly agreed to be part of it! I listened to the story later and it has an interesting premise.”

Subiksha reveals that she owes her success to Vijay Milton — “I was doing three films post Kadugu, and Milton sir asked me if I could be a part of Goli Soda 2. I was bummed that I couldn’t spend a lot of time during Kadugu. This time, I didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity, so I grabbed it as soon as I was approached. “

The actress is also a part of Balaji Sakthivel’s untitled flick which is a murder mystery. “Nearly 40 per cent of the shoot is over. I play a doctor in the film, which has an intriguing script. I’m shooting for both these films simultaneously,” she concludes.
