Recently, we saw the quirky tactics of young talents in Tamil cinema — making pilot of a movie and then approaching producers. Now, yet another filmmaker Karthik Sri, a former assistant of ace director Rajesh has come out with a romantic musical album Enakkenave which has Rakesh and Smruthi in the lead.

Karthik managed to rope in veteran technicians for this creative album. While composer Ganesan Sekar of Naan Dhan Goppanda fame (from the film Bruce Lee) has done the music, singer/musician/ actor GV Prakash has lent his vocals for the peppy number. National award winning Editor Praveen KL has edited this colourful song. Sundar Raghavan, a pupil of cinematographer Natty Natrajan is behind the camera.

Talking to us Karthik says, “This is a prelude to my long cherished dream of making my foray into silver screen. We might use the same concept and expand it to suit the feature film format.”
