Jagadeesh on a roll

Jagadeesh seems to be happy man these days! A well-known face in the theatre scene, Jagadeesh’s entry into K’town as one of the four heroes with Naalu Perukku Nalladhuna Edhuvum Thappillai has established him as an actor of substance.  Dinesh Selvaraj , a former assistant to Mani Ratnam, directed the film which was made through crowd-funding.

“Thanks to Dinesh, who had faith in me. After completing my engineering, my passion towards cinema drew me to the stage. I was associated with many theatre groups including Little Theatre and performed for the last five years. I knew Tamil cinema will never let down anyone with talent,” Jagadeesh tells DC. Even before the release of NPNET, Jagadeesh bagged a film as a solo hero with award-winning filmmaker Janaki Vishwanathan. Noted Malayalam filmmaker Sameer has also roped in the actor for his bilingual Eesha in Tamil and Malayalam.
