Thalapathy 63 featuring Vijay and Nayanthara as his female lead went on floors recently with Vijay giving the first clap for the shooting. The film has AR Rahman as the music composer and Vivek and Yogi Babu on board for comedy. Produced by AGS, Atlee wields the megaphone for the third time for a Vijay starrer after Theri and Mersal.
Bankrolled by AGS Entertainment, the film is said to be a mass family entertainer. Sources reveal that Thalapathy 63 revolves around the sport of women’s soccer and Vijay will be seen as a coach with 16 girls training in football making their foray into the silver screen.
Meanwhile, Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay has released his next short titled Siri, where he has played the lead besides directing it. Sanjay’s first short Junction had serious content, but Siri is on a lighter vein. It is about a youngster who manages to go invisible and what happens then being narrated in a humorous manner. Apparently, the star kid took the Internet by storm with his video, showcasing him as a replica of his dad in terms of style and screen presence. One may recall Sanjay even played a cameo role in Vijay’s Vettaikkaran.
