Kochi: Several companies declared holiday on the Kabali movie day, the Rajani-starrer, being released on Friday,   but an IT company in Kochi went one step ahead and  purchased tickets to its 40 employees. Not just a ticket but the first day first show at Kochi's premiere multiplex at a top mall in Kochi.

Eram Group's Eram Infotech, Kochi  office, made the offer and declared a holiday to celebrate the release of Kabali. “There are a lot of Rajni fans in the company and many are desperate to watch it. So we thought why not go to the movies as a team, said Abdul Haseeb who is heading the Eram Infotech Kochi division.

“We in the IT field are not getting enough free time. The hectic schedule and daily life may dissuade one to choose a movie. We thought giving movie tickets for the first day first show would be great,” he said. According to R. Sreerag, HR manager of the company,  the move is part of team building exercises but the ultimate joy is to watch the super star.

The company affixed posters lauding the hard work done by the employees in the last year and asked them to collect tickets from the HR department. Haseeb gives the credit to the management for providing an employee-friendly atmosphere. They claim to be the first company to provide tickets to the entire staff. People from across the country are working in their Kochi office. Eram Group is a multinational company having offices  in different countries.
